More and more small business owners are realizing the need to produce corporate gifts to stay afloat in the competitive business world.  Arizona-based company Kukuruza Popcorn that gives away approximately 5,000 free samples a week has adopted this idea. Co-owner Robert Hicks realized that most of their new customers had been as a result of samples of popcorn distributed by the company.

In a similar idea, my mom gave me a toothpick holder by a gas supply company, which is in the shape of a gasoline tank.  Perfect, as it sits in my kitchen, and whenever I run out of gas in the house, the toothpick holder is there staring at me with the contact details as to how I can get my emergency gas tank.
