Shipping policy
Delivery within Singapore
- Standard delivery: S$15 for orders under S$100. Free for orders of S$100 and above.
- Next-day delivery: S$25. WhatsApp +65 9727 4660 for help with timing.
- Letterbox delivery: S$5 for small, light items (79 g and under). Boxed sets may come by doorstep courier instead.
- Orders are usually ready within 2–4 days (5–7 days for personalised pieces).
Delivery to Hong Kong SAR
We ship to Hong Kong from Singapore. Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Orders up to HK$620: HK$190
- HK$620.01 – HK$1,240: HK$250
- HK$1,240.01 – HK$3,090: HK$380
- HK$3,090.01 – HK$6,170: HK$500
- Above HK$6,170: HK$750
Your shipping cost is shown in the cart and confirmed at checkout. Ready-made pieces usually arrive in 7–10 working days. Personalised and customised pieces take longer to make, and we'll confirm the timeline with you.
Lunar New Year: order by 15 January 2027 for delivery before Lunar New Year (6 February 2027).
