How do I order for Hong Kong delivery?
Choose your pieces and check out here as usual. Prices are shown in HKD, and the delivery fee to Hong Kong is shown in your cart and confirmed at checkout. If you would like help choosing, or are ordering several gifts, message our team first and we will gladly help.
Will my order arrive before Lunar New Year?
Ready-made pieces usually arrive in 7–10 working days. For delivery before Lunar New Year, please order by 15 January 2027. Personalised pieces need extra time to make. If you need your order by a particular date, please message us before ordering and we will confirm timing for your selection.
Can I add names or a personal message?
Selected Bespoke Blessings and wedding pieces can be personalised, and many other lacquer pieces can carry a name, message or logo by silkscreen or a printed metal plate. Send us the piece you like and your wording, and we’ll advise on options, cost and production time.
If your order is a gift, we can prepare a greeting card with your gift message.
What is included, and how is it packaged?
Packaging and included items vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page or ask our team. Food, flowers, jewellery and other styling accessories in lifestyle photographs are for illustration unless stated as included.
